What the conversation covers
- Where you stand, and where it makes sense to start: training or a strategy session, the data foundation, the data pipelines, or a diagnosis with a report.
- Which work a knowledge worker would take on: accounting, budgeting, reporting, contracts, email with partners, asking your data, or asking the expert.
- Which systems it would need access to, and who controls that access today.
- How your people sign off at the start: whether the knowledge worker “asks first”, or “the operator signs off”.
The conversation is free, lasts about an hour, and commits you to nothing. If we are not the right fit for you, we tell you.
