The data foundation
We connect the systems you already run to one warehouse in your own cloud, and every figure traces back to its record. It is useful right away, with or without AI, and your knowledge workers work from the same data.

This is for you if
- To answer a question about costs, someone exports from each system and builds a spreadsheet by hand.
- The month-end report and the answer to "why did costs rise" rest on different figures.
- You have watched a data project overrun, and you want to keep this one small.
What you leave with
- The result
- One warehouse, every figure traceable. It runs in your own cloud, Google Cloud or Microsoft Azure and Fabric. The pipelines load it on a schedule from the systems you already run.
- One place
- Knowledge workers and your people read the same figures the month-end report rests on.
- Every figure traceable
- We keep the raw files as evidence, so a questioned figure points back to the record it came from.
- Access
- You decide who may read what, for your people and the knowledge workers alike.
What we do, what you do
| We | You |
|---|---|
| Connect the systems and build the pipelines and the warehouse in your cloud project. | Involve your IT, in-house or your IT partner, from day one; you control access. |
| Use AI for the structuring, cleaning and enriching that people used to do by hand. | Tell us which figures matter, and check the first ones against the report. |
| Leave the builder agent and the repository with you, so you can make changes without us. | Own all of it, in your own cloud. |
Worth knowing
A five-year AI plan is impossible; the technology will not look the same in five years. Ask instead what helps you today and also prepares you for a future you do not know yet. The answer is almost always the same: get your data in order. No AI solution is ever better than the data under it.
Frank answers
- Do we need this before any knowledge worker?
- For a knowledge worker that works with your figures, yes: it reads from this warehouse. A custom agent in the tools you already have can start without it. Getting your data in order is worth it, whatever you decide about AI.
- Will it write into our accounting system?
- No. The pipelines read the systems of record and never write back; that is enforced in code. Approval of any entry happens inside the accounting system.
- Which cloud?
- Yours. Google Cloud, or Microsoft Azure and Fabric, in a Google Cloud project or a Microsoft tenant you own and control access to.
- What if a source changes?
- The pipeline reports the change instead of guessing how to handle it, and we keep the raw files as evidence, so a questioned figure points back to its record.
